Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting store personnel and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, stockroom-adjacent areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee traffic, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate contacts.
• Support closing and opening routines, assist with incident documentation, and communicate clearly with management and/or law enforcement when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
