We'reseekingaCNCOperatorIII-Entry-UStojoinourLaVergne,TNteam,workingMondaythroughFridayfrom7AMto3PM.Inthisrole,you'lloperatemultiple5-6axisendformgrindingmachinesinatemperature-controlledmanufacturingenvironment.You'llworkwithadvancedCNCequipmentincludingEWAGCompact,Linear,andHaasmachinestoproduceprecisioncomponents.Thispositionoffershands-onexperiencewithcomplexmachiningprocesseswhilecontributingtoproductsthatimpactindustriesworldwide.You'llbepartofacollaborativeteamenvironmentwhereyourtechnicalskillsandproblem-solvingabilitieswillbevaluedanddeveloped.

• SetupandoperateCNC4and5axisendformgrinders,loadingandoff-loadinginsertsfrommultiplemachines
• Performqualityinspectionsusingprecisionmeasurementtoolstoensureproperdimensionsandvisualcharacteristics
• Troubleshootmoderatetocomplexproblemsandadjustgrindingprogramstooptimizecycles
• Maintaintoolingandequipment,resurfacingasneededtoensureoptimalmachineperformance
• Documentproductioninformationaccuratelyandcommunicatesafety,quality,andproductissuesacrossshifts

• YouhaveahighschooldiplomaorGEDandstrongattentiontodetail
• 2+yearsofCNCmachiningexperience(milling,turning,orgrinding)
• Strongunderstandingofmachiningfundamentals,tooling,feeds/speeds,andsetupprocesses.
• Youcanreadandinterpretblueprints,GeometricDimensioningandTolerancingspecifications,andworkinstructions
• You'recomfortablestandingforextendedperiodsandcanliftupto33pounds
• Youdemonstratestrongproblem-solvingskillsandcommitmenttosafetyprocedures
• You'rereliable,dependable,andthriveinacollaborativeteamenvironment
• BasicunderstandingofG-codeorCNCprogrammingispreferred
• ExperiencewithPenta,Haas,Combiorsimilarplatformsispreferred
