Position Type: Full Time / Graveyard Shift

Pay Rate: $29.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and employees by handling incoming calls, radio traffic, and requests for assistance while following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal protocols.
• Monitor communication channels, dispatch personnel to reported incidents, and document routine activity, alarms, and security-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations by gathering details, relaying information to appropriate personnel, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Maintain awareness of site activity through cameras, alarm systems, logs, and/or other reporting tools to help identify unusual activity and support timely communication across the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
