As a Security Officer Access Control in Clayton, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, manage access control procedures, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. This role includes routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help discourage incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and document access activity to help support security-related operations and site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to post orders and client procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter, as assigned by the location.
• Communicate with site contacts, drivers, and personnel regarding access requests, restricted areas, and/or unusual activity to help support an orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
