As a Security Officer Patrol Team in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach while representing a company known for being agile, reliable, and innovative.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas, verify authorized access when required, and assist with directing foot and vehicle traffic in accordance with site procedures.
• Support daily operations by preparing incident reports, communicating noteworthy activity, and following post orders and/or instructions from Allied Universal and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
