Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts, law enforcement, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout warehouses, loading areas, parking lots, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, vendors, and/or deliveries, verify credentials and shipment documentation when required, and report policy violations, hazards, and suspicious behavior according to site guidelines.
• Support after-hours coverage and alarm response by checking gates, doors, trailers, and restricted areas, and by following post orders for incident reporting, key control, and other security-related duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 1+ years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
