Security Officer Patrol Driver - Southside

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Cudahy, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional at a busy food and beverage location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting daily operations with a caring, agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven team.

Pay Rate: $18.96 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and report conditions that need attention.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or receiving areas to help confirm authorized access, observe deliveries and visitor activity, and follow post instructions for restricted areas.
• Support Allied Universal standards by completing assigned reports, maintaining a visible presence, and assisting with security-related procedures during shift operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
