Senior Director Purchasing North America Reports to: President, Closures North America Location: Flexible - prefer someone to be near an Aptar NA site* *This position is eligible for international relocation The Senior Director, Purchasing NA reports to the President Beauty NAM and/or the President Closures NAM, as well as to the Group Purchasing Vice-President and sits on both segments' Leadership Teams. S/he coordinates with the Global Purchasing Head of Pharma to support addressing Pharma segment needs within NAM. As a member of the Global Aptar Purchasing Committee, s/he actively participates in developing Aptar worldwide purchasing strategies and governance. The position works across all NAM locations to oversee the purchasing organization and ensure high levels of service and satisfaction, considering cost, quality, and production constraints. This is a pivotal position that will shape the purchasing landscape for the region, and will be instrumental in building a leading-edge purchasing organization, establishing it as a high value-added function within the region and the Group. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $200,000 - $275,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
