How can you make an Impact? The Sr Program Manager,Enterprise Systems is a senior, hands-on delivery leader accountable for the end-to-end execution of large-scale enterprise application and business transformation programs. You will own program outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and business value, while partnering closely with business and technology leaders to drive decisions, manage complexity, and deliver measurable results. This role is best suited for someone who has directly led major enterprise systems initiatives, particularly large-scale ERP and business transformation programs, with strong experience in Oracle or comparable enterprise platforms. This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. What you'll do: Program Delivery & Enterprise Transformation Lead large-scale, multi-phase enterprise technology programs from planning through deployment, stabilization, and value realization. Own program scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and business outcomes across multiple workstreams. Lead initiatives spanning ERP, CRM, revenue management, enterprise integrations, automation, cloud infrastructure, and digital platforms, including environments such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, Salesforce, Zuora, Oracle Integration Cloud, Informatica IICS, UiPath, and OCI. Drive delivery across system integration, data migration, testing, cutover, release readiness, and post-go-live support. Governance & Leadership Establish and lead program governance, including Steering Committees, change control, financial oversight, RAID management, escalations, and executive decision-making. Lead global cross-functional teams across business, IT, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, Security, Data, Operations, Change Management, vendors, and consulting partners. Provide executive sponsors with clear program health updates, forecasts, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations. Build alignment across complex matrixed organizations and drive decisions and accountability without direct authority. What you bring to the role: 10-12+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives, with demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-workstream initiatives in large or global organizations. Tier-1 consulting or comparable enterprise transformation experience strongly preferred. Proven experience leading large-scale implementations, migrations, upgrades, or transformations involving Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite, ideally integrated with platforms such as Salesforce, Zuora, Oracle Integration Cloud, IICS, UiPath, and OCI. Experience with custom application development and digital platforms. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred. PMP required or strongly preferred; Agile/SAFe certifications are a plus, and PgMP is a differentiator. Experience with PMO/PPM and collaboration tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365. Executive-level presence with strong communication and influencing skills. Structured, analytical problem-solving with a strong root-cause orientation. Decisive leadership in high-risk, high-visibility environments. The pay range for this position is between $105,600 - $160,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
