TIG Welder (GTAW) - Temporary to Permanent

Location: Orlando, FL

Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM

We are hiring skilled TIG Welders (GTAW) for temp-to-perm opportunities in Orlando, FL. This position is ideal for experienced welders who take pride in producing high-quality, precision welds while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform GTAW (TIG) welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and specialty metals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, engineering drawings, and weld procedures.
• Prepare materials by grinding, fitting, aligning, and beveling components prior to welding.
• Weld pipe, tubing, plate, and fabricated assemblies while ensuring proper penetration and weld quality.
• Inspect finished welds for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment, including grinders, measuring tools, and cutting equipment.
• Follow OSHA safety standards, welding procedures, and quality requirements.
• Complete production and inspection documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with fabrication, quality, and production teams to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of TIG (GTAW) welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.
• Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to pass welding qualification tests.
