Project Engineer

Pay Rate: $47.80+ per hour

Location: Dayton, OH

Schedule: Onsite, 5 days per week

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to support engineering research, testing, supplier coordination, and technical development activities. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical, technical writing, and project management skills who thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously and support project goals from concept through execution.
• Collaborate with suppliers to define requirements, evaluate technical proposals, and ensure appropriate delivery of parts and services.
• Develop analytical procedures, conduct research activities, and interpret technical data.
• Prepare and present technical reports, research findings, and test results in a variety of professional formats.
• Make technical recommendations and decisions with moderate supervision.
• Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Utilize scientific and technical software applications to support engineering activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering required.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer-based scientific and technical applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License required.
• Open to visa candidates.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, along with standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, crouching, stooping, and pushing/pulling equipment as needed.
