Chief of Staff - Manufacturing

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $130,000-$140,000 annually (DOE) + Bonus

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for manufacturing operations, business transformation, and cross-functional leadership? We are seeking a Chief of Staff - Manufacturing to serve as a key partner to the Site General Manager, helping drive operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, and strategic growth within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute site strategy, operational priorities, and business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across manufacturing, engineering, business, and support teams.
  • Establish and manage project governance, performance metrics, KPIs, budgets, timelines, and executive reporting.
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Drive change management efforts that improve business performance, efficiency, and culture.
  • Analyze operational challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, and performance updates for senior leadership.
  • Support customer visits, leadership engagements, and key site events.
  • Influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization to achieve strategic and operational goals.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, sales, materials, program management, or related disciplines within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and partnering with senior leaders.
  • Strong project management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in KPI development, data analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership abilities.
