Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and site personnel by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and/or other communication systems to receive calls, prioritize situations, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents, service requests, and unusual activity in logs and reports, sharing timely updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with professionalism, helping to coordinate communications, relay instructions, and support emergency response efforts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while helping to observe conditions, report concerns, and support security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Supervisory experience is required.
• A minimum of 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience is required.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
