As a Security Officer Badge Checkpoint in Burleson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location where you will help manage access control, monitor assigned areas, and support a professional, welcoming experience for employees and visitors. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit for personnel, visitors, and delivery traffic by checking credentials, verifying permissions, and documenting arrivals and departures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details to site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including operational areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Support shipping and receiving access activity by helping to manage visitor and vendor check-in processes, maintaining required logs, and communicating security-related concerns, unusual activity, and/or policy issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
