Position Overview: The Resource Responsibility Center (RRC) Finance Manager oversees the operational execution, transaction systems, and process compliance for the Medical School Dean's Office. This role manages oversight for institutional budgeting systems, tuition/fee setups, University of Minnesota Foundation partnerships, internal/external service organizations, and contract execution. The RRC Manager serves as the school's Lead Certified Approver, ensures adherence to localized and university-wide standard operating procedures (SOPs), and supervises core accounting staff. This position operates at the intersection of transactional accuracy and high-level policy enforcement to safeguard institutional assets and resources. Duties/Responsibilities: 40%: General Ledger, Audit, and Compliance
