The IT Field Support Specialist II is a field-focused IT generalist who provides hands-on and virtual support for Interstates jobsites, regional offices, and project locations. The role supports craft workers, site supervisors, and project teams by keeping hardware, software, connectivity, and standard IT processes working reliably, while traveling to key jobsites during ramp-up periods, outages, routine maintenance, and craft-focused events. When not traveling, the Specialist handles standard IT support tickets from Tulsa or a home office and stays fully engaged with the IT Support team. They also serve as a subject-matter expert for jobsite and craft technology, documenting best practices, creating knowledge articles and SOPs, and helping standardize support so issues can be resolved without requiring a site visit. Travel: Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to jobsites and regional offices, including construction environments; valid driver's license and ability to meet company travel requirements. Compensation: The pay range for this position is $51,910 to $64,890+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
