SUMMARY
The Talent Success Partner serves as a strategic partner to leaders across the organization, collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives that enhance employee effectiveness and engagement. This position works closely with HR subject matter experts to implement programs in leadership development, career management, succession planning, and performance coaching. In addition, the Talent Success Partner manages and develops Early Career Programs, including the Management Trainee and Internship programs, ensuring a strong pipeline of future talent. The position plays a key part in consulting with leadership to assess development needs, analyze data, and guide informed, data-driven decisions that strengthen the organization's talent strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implements, maintains, and provides oversight to talent development initiatives to meet short- and long-term company goals.
  • Provides 360 assessments and coaches senior-level leaders as part of individual development plans.
  • Develops leadership and professional development programs for employees.
  • Manages and develops early career programs including Management Trainees and Internship programs.
  • Designs, manages, and evaluates programs that strengthen employee engagement.
  • Serves as a project leader to ensure execution against strategic plan initiatives, project plan objectives and timelines, consistently monitoring goals and objectives against the schedule, making needed adjustments, and communicating status updates to the appropriate leaders.
  • Measures, tracks, and analyzes program outcomes for effectiveness. Makes recommendations based on data and feedback.
  • Researches and recommends improvements to talent development programs and practices.
  • Responsible for talent development related documentation and materials; supports the development and maintenance of the department's intranet and SharePoint site.
  • Functions as the Learning Management System liaison for talent development and Leadership & Professional Development.
  • Responsible for monitoring and responding to talent development and Leadership & Professional Development correspondence.
  • Mentors and develops cross functional teams to problem solve for complex challenges.
  • Helps facilitate workshops to drive change, with culture at the forefront.
  • Functions in the manner of internal consultant, driving measurement of improvement in systems, process, technology and people across the HR organization and the bank.
  • Advises mid- and senior-level management on situations that may require additional client support or escalation.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages participants in the Management Trainee program, typically involving 5-10 participants.

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to support geographically dispersed organization in a consultation capacity.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of learning models.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to create, develop, manipulate, and share learning content.
  • Ability to align learning assessments with business objectives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel applications and company operational systems.
  • Strong knowledge of company vision and adult learning principles and methodologies.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field required
  • 4-6 years of work experience, preferably in a Human Resources environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required and
  • 4-6 years experience as a learning and development administrator, trainer, or in a related role preferred

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred
  • Instructional Design preferred
  • Certified Executive Coach preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The anticipated pay range for this position is $78,540 to $125,730 per year (in CO & WA) and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location. Additionally, this role is eligible to receive annual discretionary cash bonuses. Benefits available for this position include, but are not limited to, medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability benefits and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, employee assistance program, 401(k), Paid Time Off (new hires accrue at .069 per hours worked which equates to approximately 18 days per year inclusive of paid sick time) and up to 11 paid Federal holidays. Please note this information is provided for those hired in Colorado and Washington only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado and Washington with compensation that aligns with your location.
