The Pfister Hotel has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for over 50 consecutive years. What you will be doing * Supervise kitchen staff and daily operations. * Prepare breakfast and lunch items while ensuring consistency and quality. * Train and mentor cooks and prep staff to maintain standards. * Assist with menu planning, daily specials, and seasonal items. * Oversee ordering, receiving, and storage of food items. * Ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained in the kitchen. * Support hotel-wide culinary initiatives as needed. Position Requirements * Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a cafe, casual dining, or hotel kitchen environment. * Strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch service operations. * Experience with menu planning, inventory, and cost control. * ServeSafe certification preferred * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
