Position Summary The Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end supply planning and execution across a multi-site manufacturing network in the U.S. and Mexico. This role ensures alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and business strategy for key revenue-generating product lines. This position plays a critical role in driving service excellence, optimizing inventory and working capital, and improving supply chain responsiveness in a highly engineered, make-to-stock and make-to-order industrial environment. The Sr. Manager serves as a key decision-maker and strategic partner across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Finance teams, while leading the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process and enabling data-driven decision making.
