Job description

Meet our Team:

Join our Smart Manufacturing & Operations team, where we help global manufacturers accelerate their digital transformation through AI-driven innovation. Our experts partner with customers to modernize factory operations, bridge IT and OT environments, and build intelligent, connected manufacturing ecosystems. Working alongside industry specialists, architects, data scientists, and engineering teams, you'll shape the next generation of Factory of the Future solutions by combining AI, industrial automation, cloud, and edge technologies to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable operational outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

As an AI Principal Solution Architect, you will define the technical vision and architecture for enterprise-scale AI solutions across Smart Manufacturing and Industrial Operations. You will design end-to-end IT-OT architectures integrating MES, SCADA, PLCs, historians, IoT, robotics, edge computing, and cloud platforms while leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, Industrial AI, digital twins, and automation technologies. You will engage with executive stakeholders to assess business needs, lead architecture workshops, and create transformation roadmaps. Additionally, you will support strategic pursuits by developing solution strategies, reference architectures, implementation approaches, and executive presentations. You'll provide architectural governance throughout delivery, mentor technical teams, and collaborate with global engineering and partner ecosystems to develop innovative offerings, reusable accelerators, and differentiated intellectual property that advance our Smart Manufacturing portfolio.

What You Bring to the Team
  • 15+ years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing, industrial automation, or smart factory environments.
  • Deep expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, Industrial AI, digital twins, and intelligent automation technologies.
  • Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale IT-OT solutions integrating MES, SCADA, PLCs, historians, IoT, robotics, edge computing, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, industrial control systems, and Factory of the Future architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable, secure, and production-ready technical solutions.
  • Experience leading technical strategy, architecture governance, solution design, and executive-level client engagements.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills with the ability to influence business and technology leaders.
  • Experience developing reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and AI accelerators while mentoring cross-functional engineering teams and driving innovation across global organizations.
