Description

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our Federal team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program in the DC Metro Area. The Product Manager will lead the strategy, vision, and delivery of complex ICAM products and services, translating technical requirements into actionable product capabilities that deliver measurable value to users.

The successful candidate will be responsible for activities, such as:



  • Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for ICAM solutions, ensuring alignment with mission needs and regulatory requirements
  • Define user needs, shape product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure value delivery across iterative releases
  • Translate technical ICAM requirements into actionable product capabilities and guide cross-functional delivery teams
  • Oversee and direct ICAM product design, development, systems engineering, and implementation activities with a focus on user value and security outcomes
  • Track and report product performance metrics, value delivery, cost, schedule adherence, and adoption trends to senior leadership
  • Identify product-level risks and dependencies early and implement mitigation strategies to protect delivery outcomes and user experience
  • Manage application onboarding and offboarding and internal (SSOi) and external (SSOe) Single Sign-On capabilities
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budget constraints through active performance tracking and stakeholder communication


Required Qualifications:



  • S. Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 4 / High Risk background investigation (High Risk Public Trust), as required for all task areas under this contract
  • One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC)
  • Demonstrated experience managing IT-related projects and end-to-end product lifecycles, including defining user needs, shaping roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring value delivery across iterative releases
  • Strong command of life cycle and project management methodologies, including tracking cost, schedule, and performance
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Experience managing ICAM design, development, systems engineering, and implementation projects
  • Experience designing, implementing, and executing large-scale ICAM solutions in both federal and commercial environments
  • Expertise with the FICAM Enterprise Architecture and its guiding principles
  • Expertise with ICAM technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, the CA Technologies suite, Microsoft, Oracle, and IAM access control technologies
  • Keen understanding of application onboarding and offboarding and internal (SSOi) and external (SSOe) Single Sign-On
  • Expertise with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
  • Expertise in Electronic Health Record systems
  • Knowledge of Federal ICAM requirements, mandates, and guidance such as OMB M-19-17, NIST SP 800-63, EO 14028, and OMB M-22-09


Desired Qualifications:



  • Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or another large federal health agency
  • Active U.S. Government Public Trust or other current favorable federal suitability determination
  • Hands-on experience with VA's incumbent ICAM stack (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Saviynt, CyberArk)

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $120K - $155K

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
