This role defines and executes worldwide partner growth strategies, expands market opportunities, and helps customers realize greater business value through enterprise partners. The successful candidate will work across sales, marketing, engineering, industry, and partner organizations to drive measurable CSA specific business impact in the era of AI. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a business strategist who thrives in complex environments, brings clarity to ambiguity, and can influence across a highly matrixed organization. You will help shape Microsoft's partner ecosystem strategy for assinged Cloud Solution Area, align executive stakeholders, and create scalable go-to-market motions that enable customer and partner success globally. Sales Strategy Enablement M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $155,800 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,400 - $303,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
