Requirements:



  • 1-3 years of Help Desk or IT Support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, and end-user hardware
  • Experience with Active Directory user management and permissions
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Freshservice, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, connectivity troubleshooting)
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hardware installations
  • Experience with Intune, SCCM, Entra ID, VoIP, CCTV, or structured cabling is a plus


Job Duties:



  • Provide first-level technical support for end users in office and warehouse environments
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, printer, login, account, and connectivity issues
  • Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and other end-user technology
  • Manage IT support requests through a ticketing system and document resolutions
  • Deploy, install, replace, and configure workstations, hardware, and peripherals
  • Perform on-site field support, equipment installations, and basic cabling tasks
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, device lifecycle records, and deployment documentation
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff with detailed documentation
  • Create and update knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with IT team members to ensure timely issue resolution and minimal business disruption
