OUR COMPANY OFFERS GREAT BENEFITS, INCLUDING: What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities): Maintains record of production, scrap, inventory management, down time as well as lot traceability information in Dynamics AX or related software. Responsible for department reaching goals and development of a well-rounded high functioning team. Conducts downtime analysis and root cause analysis to adjust problems and drive continuous improvement. Work with departments surrounding production area to ensure that materials produced meet approved specifications. Perform as a key member or lead team in 5s and Lean initiatives. What You'll Need (Qualifications): Demonstrated ability to lead others by having a positive attitude and leading by example. Applied demonstrated proficiency in data analysis in inventory management systems and Microsoft Suite preferred. Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, or related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience required preferably in a team size of 20+ and in a manufacturing environment.
