We are looking for an outstanding Experiential Marketer that will join our Experiential Marketing team within the Channels & Partnerships Marketing Team. The EM Team doesn't just create marketing solutions, we develop unique moments that help to impact the way our listeners and the industry experience music, podcasts, and listening together. As part of the EM team, you will support the planning and execution of experiential activations across the brand, helping strengthen our connection with consumers and drive meaningful audience engagement.

We are looking for a highly organized and culturally curious marketer who is passionate about bringing experiential campaigns to life. In this role, you will support the development and execution of experiences that connect artists, creators, and fans while helping ensure programs are delivered seamlessly from planning through execution. Working closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners, you will play a key role in coordinating projects, managing stakeholders, and contributing to creative ideas that strengthen our connection with audiences.

For this particular role, we are looking for a candidate who has a passion for all things driving contemporary culture (music, community, fashion, art). This individual will leverage innovative marketing approaches and activities that integrate and activate our brand authentically with these communities through content and experiences they'll love.

This person is a dedicated student of music, entertainment, culture, and brands, with experience supporting experiential campaigns and live event productions. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in collaborative environments, and is comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. They will help coordinate cross-functional processes, support project planning and execution, and ensure teams, partners, and vendors are aligned throughout the lifecycle of a campaign.

The person in this role will contribute to creative brainstorming, campaign development, and experiential planning while building a strong foundation in experiential marketing. You must be professional, organized and motivated as well as have the drive to succeed in a dynamic, high impact environment.

You will be an incredibly reliable and crucial team member that knows how to deliver alongside a fast-paced in-house marketing team. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music, podcasts, and digital entertainment. We are a tight team and want people who love and care about the work.


What you'll do:

  • Support the development and execution of experiential marketing campaigns and activations that align with business and brand objectives
  • Collaborate with a team of experts across experiential, brand, creative, social media, comms, media, music and a variety of business disciplines
  • Build presentations, status updates, and project documentation that communicate team progress, campaign performance, and key learnings to stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day project coordination across experiential activations, ensuring timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and approvals stay on track, supporting the senior lead as needed
  • Partner with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders to support planning and execution for key cultural moments, campaigns, and experiences
  • Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate project documentation
  • Support with managing relationships with agencies, vendors, production partners, event organizers, and external stakeholders throughout project execution
  • Have a strong understanding and ability to manage complex event budgets, timelines, and schedules
  • Illustrate a deep understanding of the experiential and event process with experience in matrixed organizations and project teams
  • Coordinate internal meetings, project trackers, timelines, and status updates across multiple experiential initiatives
  • Support onsite event execution and logistics, including travel, staffing, production coordination, and stakeholder management
  • Assist in developing recaps, measurement reports, and presentations that communicate campaign performance and learnings
  • Maintain organized documentation, budgets, timelines, and operational processes that enable efficient team execution


Who you are:

  • 4-6+ years of business experience in experiential marketing, event production, brand marketing, partnerships, or a related field
  • Ability to collaborate across a marketing team with multiple stakeholders and differentiating sets of needs
  • Highly detailed and diligent with the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication
  • Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills who can be self-managed, self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and an overall team player with a keen sense of urgency
  • You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and take on something hands-on; you persevere when others fall away
  • You are an ambitious and diligent worker, a fast learner who is eager to learn and add value to the team
  • You possess strong project management skills and have experience managing complex, collaborative projects with multiple stakeholders
  • You have experience supporting the planning and execution of live events, brand activations, partnerships, or experiential campaigns and are comfortable managing logistics in fast-paced environments
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong conversational & written skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate in person and through presentations across all levels of an organization
  • Expert understanding and experience with culture: Gen Z, Music, Fashion, Regional Culture, and Community Organizations
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-energy environment, are comfortable with ambiguity, and are a team player willing to pitch in whenever needed
  • You are incredibly detail-oriented, have the ability to work under pressure with imminent deadlines, and can prioritize tasks in real-time
  • You are a quasi-expert at using Google Drive and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.00/hr to $41.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
