As a key contributor, you will dive deep into understanding human behaviors, attitudes, and needs, directly influencing the strategic direction and ongoing development of cutting-edge experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in both evaluative and foundational research, ensuring that product roadmaps are driven by genuine customer insights and lead to truly delightful user journeys. You'll play a pivotal role in validating early-stage features, particularly those leveraging advanced AI, and ensuring optimal usability for customers.

**What You'll Do:**

* Design, execute, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative research studies to deliver insightful and actionable results that guide product development.

* Continuously inform the product roadmap by identifying customer pain points, uncovering unmet needs, and pinpointing potential "delighters" through comprehensive data analysis.

* Conduct ongoing UX Health studies to rigorously evaluate and refine design-built experiences, ensuring they meet the highest standards before release.

* Communicate complex research findings clearly and compellingly to all levels of the product team, effectively explaining methodologies, insights, and strategic recommendations.

* Amplify the impact of your customer-focused knowledge by fostering strong collaborations across engineering, design, and marketing disciplines, driving a unified user-centric approach.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 4+ years of relevant domain experience within the technology sector.

* 4+ years of experience in research methods that have directly influenced both product direction and detailed experience design.

* Proven hands-on research and/or product planning experience, with demonstrated skill in collecting and analyzing human behavioral data to improve plans and user experience in a technology industry setting.

* Strong experience applying structured research methods (qualitative and/or quantitative) in a professional setting.

* A track record of strong collaboration and partnership with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering.

* Eagerness to learn and understand diverse user audiences, their behaviors, contexts, and motivations across all phases of the customer lifecycle and user journey.

* Demonstrated strong empathy for users, balanced with an understanding of stakeholder visions and constraints.

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, and flexibility.

* A track record of operating independently, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.

* Experience building strong collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders.

* Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.

* 4-6 years of related experience.

* A high-quality portfolio review presentation is required for an interview, showcasing your strategic research experience, rationale for chosen methodologies, and communication skills (non-confidential content only).

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Prior experience working on large-scale enterprise solutions.

* 2-4 years of experience specifically focused on enterprise solutions.

* Demonstrated ownership of research projects from conception to impact.

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

* A strong commitment to rigor in study design and execution.
