What you will enjoy doing*
- You will support commissioning and startup activities for an Air Separation Unit (ASU) and two Autothermal Reformer (ATR) units while ensuring a safe and reliable transition to operations.
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies for mechanical equipment across assigned facilities.
- Analyze reliability, maintenance, and operational data to identify equipment performance gaps, justify improvement initiatives, reduce life-cycle costs, and increase plant profitability.
- Further, you will perform equipment inspections, condition assessments, troubleshooting, predictive maintenance reviews, and quarterly infrared inspections to evaluate asset health, predict failures, and optimize maintenance activities.
- Lead failure investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation to eliminate recurring issues, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve equipment reliability.
- Develop and maintain Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs), equipment maintenance strategies, and reliability programs in collaboration with subject matter experts and site teams.
- Identify, prioritize, and eliminate equipment bad actors and repeat maintenance issues through reliability improvements and project execution.
- And you will maintain accurate equipment BOMs, spare parts inventories, CMMS data, and support reliability assessments to ensure effective asset management and maintenance execution.
- Work effectively in both office and field environments, provide occasional off-hours support, and travel as needed to support reliability initiatives across multiple facilities.
