The CNC Machinist Team Lead is a working leader responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a team of machinists to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This individual plays a key role in workflow coordination, issue resolution, training, and continuous improvement, while maintaining expert-level proficiency on CNC machinery. * Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations for assigned machinists, ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. * 6+ years of CNC machining experience, including advanced knowledge of machining principles and CNC programming fundamentals. * Prior experience mentoring or leading others in a manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, in-process inspections, and precision measurement tools. * Proven ability to drive results through collaboration, accountability, and leadership. * Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced production setting. * Willingness to work on the floor as a hands-on leader, balancing operational duties with team support. ***Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.*** Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential duties of this job. The employee is occasionally required to use hands and fingers to type or dial, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach with hands and arms. This position requires occasional travel for 10% of the position; overnight or occasionally multiple days.
