We are seeking a Blended Case Manager Supervisor tojoin our Merakey team inNorth Philadelphia, PA

Pay: $29.00 per hour - Monday to Friday9am to 4:30pm

Position Description:

The Program Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight and coordination of program operations, staff supervision, and service delivery. Reporting to the Program Director or Senior Director, this role ensures high-quality services, supports program staff, and promotes positive outcomes for individuals served. The Program Supervisor may also maintain a small caseload while providing leadership and operational support.

Essential Responsibilities



  • Supervise, coach, and support program staff to ensure quality service delivery and professional development. (4-7 direct reports)
  • Assign workloads and responsibilities based on program needs and staff strengths.
  • Conduct regular staff check-ins, provide performance feedback, and support ongoing training initiatives.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals served by enforcing program policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and crisis situations while following established protocols.
  • Monitor program activities and service delivery to ensure compliance with organizational standards and program goals.
  • Coordinate daily operations and facilitate communication between staff, participants, families, and internal departments.
  • Serve as a resource for problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous program improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports as required.
