Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Project Manager to help drive high-impact integration projects in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. In this role, you will work with a great team across IT, business functions, and external partners to coordinate critical integration work, including managing boundary applications that connect with our ERP systems. This is a hands-on project leadership role focused on keeping complex work organized, stakeholders aligned, and integration efforts moving forward with clarity and urgency.



Responsibilities

    Project Planning and Strategy: Develop a comprehensive project plan for projects, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish strong relationships and communication channels with internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders. Effectively manage expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, tracking progress, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring that project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and technical documentation. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and accomplishments.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, applications, infrastructure, and data integration processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
