Adm. Support DSV - Global transport and logistics Location: USA - Burbank, Rws Rd. Division: Road Transport US Summary The VAD Driver Helper is responsible for supporting the safe, compliant, and precise delivery and installation of sensitive, high-value equipment from warehouse locations to Data Center Operations (DCO) sites. This role requires the ability to operate effectively within active construction and data center environments while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures. This position goes beyond traditional delivery support, serving as a critical extension of DSV's operational and customer service standards. The VAD Driver Helper is expected to provide white glove service, maintain a professional presence, and actively support installation activities, including working in confined spaces and varied physical positions, while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout the delivery process. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role, and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions. This position requires extended periods of standing and walking, frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of freight, and the use of equipment such as pallet jacks and securing tools. The employee must be able to climb in and out of trucks and trailers and regularly bend, kneel, crouch, and twist during delivery and installation activities, including working in confined spaces and assuming a prone position (lying flat) when required. Effective verbal communication, hearing, and visual acuity are necessary to safely perform duties, coordinate with team members, and navigate operational environments.

Noise levels can range from moderate inside the cab to loud at delivery and installation locations. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role. For this position, the expected base pay is $28 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
