Requisition ID# 172828 Job Category: Project / Program Management Job Level: Individual Contributor Business Unit: Finance Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Oakland Department Summary The Operations Finance team provides financial planning and reporting services to PG&E, responsible for providing direction and coordination in respect to strategic functional area planning processes, financial planning, forecasting, analytics, and reporting. The Enterprise Planning and Performance function, part of the Operations Finance team, leads the orchestration and delivery of PG&E's multi-year planning process, the Value Delivery of over $1B+ in operational efficiencies through seamless integration of process enhancements and change management, and support of Enterprise Strategic Initiatives. Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Expert Program Manager to drive complex cross-functional projects to support Enterprise Performance priorities like Value Delivery, planning, governance, and operational improvements. You will oversee project plans, milestones, risks, and resource allocation for effective execution and timely delivery, collaborating with various internal stakeholders to align objectives and track progress. Your major responsibilities include, but not limited to coordinating stakeholder groups, governance, and decision-making processes; analyzing data and financial models to inform decisions and monitor benefits; and maintaining metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools for risk management and improvement. The role is hybrid working from your remote office and in-person at the Oakland General Office once a week. However, this can scale up based on business needs or company requirements. Compensation PG&E provides the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill beplaced between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors. This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. A reasonable salary range is:
