The team includes individuals who consult with business leaders on rewards issues, design and implement new programs, and administer existing programs, including base salary, STIP, LTIP, recognition, and executive pay. Position Summary The Compensation Analyst will assist with providing compensation support to various HR partners and line of business leaders. This role will also be responsible for reviewing and consulting on jobs and pay, data analysis, and interpreting compensation policies. Additionally, the Compensation Analyst will respond to ad-hoc requests and solve various compensation-related matters. The role will report to the Compensation Processes and Technology Supervisor. The role is a hybrid position working from your remote office and in-person at the Oakland General Office, 0-3 days per week, on average based on business needs or company requirements. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill beplaced between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
