Join our team and Be You Be Aptar. Aptar is seeking an Inspectorbasedin Mukwonago, WI. This position is fully on-site.This position is toaidMukwonago'sQuality Systems and Manufacturing processes. The role willbe responsibleforenteringintoquality notifications, the completion of all quality checks including but not limited to start of shifts, productaudits, shot inspections, etc.This position mustparticipateinand adhere to all applicable plant certifications including but not limited to, ISO 9001, SQF,and BRC. You Will be Read productionordersfor product requirements and visually inspect products according to inspection plans including color matching and Bagandtagretainproductshots. Support and adhere to all system procedures and company policies/procedures. Inspects, tests,and accepts or rejects finished product using written specifications, parameters,or guidelines, asestablishedby company procedures and as trained by Operations. Documents all inspection/test results and any non-conformances found duringtheinspection, testing,or evaluations according to established procedures. Support other QA employeesondefect awareness, inspection methods,and specification requirements. When necessary,operateemergency stops on closing machines, grinders, auxiliary equipment and understandlockout/tag-outprocedure. Ability to run machines adequately for the relief of Operators for breaks/lunch. Able to work with Supervisor and technical team to coordinate plan changes when needed. All other duties as assigned. Who We are Looking For Education: Highschool Diploma or GED Required Skills Up to 6 months of training as an Operator. Intermediate-levelskills with Microsoft Office Software and Windows operatingsystems. Knowledge of plant Quality Control processes. Knowledge of injection molding and assembly processes. Knowledge of packagingapplications(closures, bottles, & tubes). Knowledge of SPC. Preferred Skills Ability to read,count,and write. Ability to Distinguish colors as proven by a successful passing color test. Ability to learn orpossesscomputer data entry and editing skills with provided company software. Able to work with minimal supervisors and to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Prompt and Detail-Oriented.
