We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst - SME to join our team to provide mission-critical support on the USAF logistics system Purchase Request Process System (PRPS) in Program Management Office (PMO) environment. The candidate will be a member of a strong team consisting of Government personnel and contractor personnel of Subject Matter Experts (SME). The PRPS SME will play a critical role in enterprise modernization and system sustainment. This position requires deep functional expertise in purchasing and supply chain management to bridge the gap between end-users, technical developers, and the sustainment contractors. The Business Systems Analyst - SME will ensure that all PRPS modifications, data migrations, and system architectures strictly adhere to financial, security, and statutory compliances.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with users and sustainment contractors to identify data sources, execute data mapping, and document new processes to align with enterprise modernization mandates.
- Utilize existing PMO automated tools to prepare, coordinate, and review system-specific artifacts, including NDAA and Business and Enterprise Architecture (BEA) documentation to meet Organization Execution Plan (OEP) compliance areas such as Clinger-Cohen Act (CCA), System Architecture, Interoperability, and Business Process Reengineering.
- Provide technical expertise during all phases of sustainment software modification planning, ensuring integration of FIAR and FISCAM requirements, particularly regarding security requirements related to PRPS system changes.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing FISCAM and FIAR compliance documentation and actively support the development of associated Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
- Support contingency planning and actively participate in contingency exercises.
- Assist in the preparation of Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Holds a current investigation or have the ability to pass a corresponding investigation.
- 3 years of functional and technical experience with PRPS or comparable programs.
- Agile trained and/or certified.
- Working knowledge of AF logistics systems.
- Working knowledge related to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA and Business and Enterprise Architecture (BEA) documentation to meet Organization Execution Plan (OEP) compliance such as Clinger-Cohen Act (CCA), System Architecture, Interoperability Compliance, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
- Working knowledge of compliance requirements: Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS)/ Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM), and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) and associated Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with Customers as well as other delivery teams involved in the problem resolution process.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Comprehensive knowledge in all areas of the Purchase Request Process System (PRPS), specifically focusing on purchasing and supply chain management workflows.
- Detailed understanding related to the Nation and Business and Enterprise Architecture (BEA) documentation to meet Organization Execution Plan (OEP) compliance al Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), and Organization Execution Plan (OEP) certification processes such as Clinger-Cohen Act (CCA), System Architecture, Interoperability Compliance, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
- Highly proficient understanding of compliance requirements: Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS)/ Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM), and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) and associated Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
