We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team. LSS Neillsville Center is a comprehensive Substance Use Disorder treatment program for adult men, providing trauma-informed residential services in a supportive, recovery-focused environment. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, 2nd shift position offering the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve sustainable recovery. Work Environment This is an active position that requires frequent movement throughout the residential facility. Responsibilities include supporting residents both indoors and outdoors, assisting with light housekeeping and seasonal outdoor tasks, and transporting residents to appointments and community activities. Some travel (approximately 25-50%) may be required.
