What You'll Do:
  • Perform component-level troubleshooting on analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics assemblies
  • Analyze circuit schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to isolate failures
  • Utilize oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, signal generators, and multimeters to diagnose issues
  • Identify and replace failed components including resistors, capacitors, transistors, integrated circuits, and power devices
  • Conduct functional and environmental testing to validate repairs and system performance
  • Document failure analysis, root causes, corrective actions, and repair activities
  • Provide technical support to engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
  • Assist with development of troubleshooting procedures, test plans, and repair documentation
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 1+ year of experience diagnosing and repairing electronic assemblies at the component level
  • Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ year of experience using electronic diagnostic equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators
What Sets You Apart:
  • Strong understanding of analog circuits including amplifiers, filters, oscillators, and power supplies
  • Strong understanding of digital electronics including logic circuits, microcontrollers, and communication interfaces
  • Knowledge of power electronics including linear and switching power supplies and motor drives
  • Experience troubleshooting mixed-signal and power electronics systems
  • Solder repair certification or FCC license
  • Ability to fabricate and modify simple hardware as required
  • Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
  • Interest in applying AI-enabled tools to improve troubleshooting and testing efficiency
Additional Information:
  • Position is 100% onsite
  • This is a 2nd-shift position
  • Initial training will be conducted on 1st shift
  • Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.
