The HR M&A function is a key enabler of Marvell's growth, leading the integration of talent, culture, and organizational capabilities across mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
Working at the intersection of business strategy and people, this role ensures seamless onboarding of acquired organizations, accelerates alignment, and drives a consistent, high-quality employee experience during periods of change. Operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, the HR M&A Project Manager partners closely with senior leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, and external advisors to deliver successful outcomes and build scalable capabilities for future growth.

What You Can Expect

  • Support HR due diligence activities by collecting, organizing, and validating people related data from target companies.

  • Coordinate cross functional meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation across all M&A phases.

  • Update project plans, timelines and drive results to ensure HR deliverables remain on schedule.

  • Assist in preparing materials for stakeholder meetings, including summaries, dashboards, and status updates.

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for leaders and HR partners within acquired companies, ensuring clear communication and a positive employee experience.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to support delivery and timelines.

  • Support Day 1 readiness activities, including onboarding logistics, communication planning, and employee facing resources.

  • Partner with HR COEs (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Ops, Payroll, Mobility) to support integration tasks such as job mapping, workforce assessments, and policy alignment.

  • Contribute to broader HR projects between acquisitions, including process improvements, HR technology initiatives, and employee experience programs.

  • Assist with change management activities, including drafting communications, FAQs, and transition materials.

  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Deep expertise in M&A and divestiture experience preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, project coordination, operations, or a related field.

  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills; able to build trust with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and leaders in acquired companies.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow through.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities quickly in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience working with external vendors or consultants preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • "Proficiency in using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, analysis, or output quality is preferred." (Claude, Glean, Copilot, similar)

  • Proficiency with productivity and project tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet's similar).

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

97,900 - 144,860, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
