Responsibilities:

As a Supervisor, you will ensure smooth clinic operations, staff success, and the highest standards in registration, compliance, and customer care.

  • Ensure registration accuracy to support correct medical record creation and seamless clinical workflows.

  • Deliver a predictable, highquality frontoffice experience across assigned clinics, reinforcing a strong customerservice culture.

  • Lead clerical staffing operations including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations, and personnel recommendations.

  • Serve as liaison between physicians and clerical teams to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow coordination.

  • Maintain 95%+ registration accuracy while adhering to financial guidelines and budgetary expectations.

  • Participate in budget planning and monitoring by providing operational insights and supporting fiscal responsibility.

  • Develop clerical staff through coaching, training, and teambuilding in partnership with Operations and Patient Financial Services.

  • Ensure compliance with departmental policies, JCAHO/ACR standards, safety protocols, and infectioncontrol requirements.

  • Oversee daily business processes including data gathering, CQI initiatives, problem resolution, and system improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three to five years progressive experience in a relevant work environment. Supervisor experience is preferred.
