Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 8 AM-5:30 PM | Monday-Friday

Site Coordinator Requirements and Skills:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or site coordination experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers and production teams.
• Commitment to workplace safety and company policies.

Site Coordinator Job Duties:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and the on-site sorting team.
• Communicate daily production priorities, schedule changes, and work assignments.
• Monitor workflow to support productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Provide customers with updates on production status, progress, and issues.
• Document production counts, discrepancies, and operational concerns.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Support shift start-up activities and daily workflow coordination.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
