The Lead Test Technician is responsible for analyzing Moultrie Mobile products to determine if the desired quality and specications are being upheld. The inspected products and tasks will include development products, current product lines, competitive products, and routine quality checks of multiple models. The Technician must be self-motivated and able to follow, document, and if necessary, create procedures/processes. Findings need to be documented and eectively communicated to multiple levels of management. As a lead, this role also directs the day-to-day work of other test technicians, makes independent testing decisions within established quality standards, and owns the processes that keep testing consistent and repeatable. As a "high condence, low ego" team player, the Lead Test Technician will work with brand engineers and product managers to ensure product testing and other tasks are executed in a consistent and thorough manner. The Lead Test Technician for Moultrie Mobile Trail Cameras must be detail oriented, and easily adapt to new situations. Job Responsibilities
