Paid Time Off:

Eligible employees begin accruing PTO on their date of hire. PTO combines vacation and sick leave, starting at 15 days per year for full-time employees.

Position Description

Starting Hourly Wage: $32.86 - $42.79/hour; depending on experience

Location: Lynnwood, WA

Classification: Non-Exempt

Position Overview:

Develop strong client relationships & provide account leadership for all assigned BA Service Agreement accounts. Responsible for planning and executing all service visits as outlined in the agreement on time. Ensure all preventative maintenance reports are tracked, completed and sent to the customer by the end of the following week after the visit. Any recommendations in the reports should be discussed and scheduled if the customer is interested and willing. You will schedule at least two visits per year to meet with the customer on site and perform a quality assessment review of our performance. The last visit will be scheduled with the Sales Engineer right before the end of the contract to promote renewing the agreement. As the Account Specialist you will be responsible for customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for entering work orders and billing of these services in our accounting system Vista.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Set up and bill all BA work orders and service agreements in Vista.
  2. Provide and track PO#'s for purchasing BA parts and software.
  3. Use Smartsheet's to track work order financials along with service agreement financials and visits performed.
  4. Develop excellent client relationships through outstanding, proactive customer service.
  5. Provide account leadership to become the clients preferred BA Service provider.
  6. Identify quick turn project opportunities and provide leads to Sales.
  7. Identify upselling & cross selling opportunities.
  8. Lead new BA Service Agreement Turnover meetings (internal).
  9. Lead new BA Service Agreement Kickoff meetings (external).
  10. Schedule two visits per year to meet with the customer on site and perform a quality assessment review of our performance
  11. Support BA Service Agreement review & renewal with Sales.
  12. Ensure compliance with UMC Safety Program on all jobsites.
  13. Regular attendance and promptness are considered part of each employee's essential job functions.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  1. Attend client networking events.
  2. Attend company sponsored events with customers (i.e., dinners, golf, etc.).
Position Requirements

Required Skills and Abilities:

  1. Proactive approach to service & client satisfaction
  2. Understanding of Building Automation and HVAC functions.
  3. Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  4. Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  5. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  1. AA or three (3) years customer service job experience (or equivalent) preferred.
  2. Customer service experience required.

Required Licensing and Other Certifications:

  1. Maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  2. Successful completion of a background check.
