Starting Hourly Wage: $32.86 - $42.79/hour; depending on experience Location: Lynnwood, WA Classification: Non-Exempt Must be eligible to work in the U.S. - Sponsorship not available Position Overview: Develop strong client relationships & provide account leadership for all assigned BA Service Agreement accounts. Responsible for planning and executing all service visits as outlined in the agreement on time. Ensure all preventative maintenance reports are tracked, completed and sent to the customer by the end of the following week after the visit. Any recommendations in the reports should be discussed and scheduled if the customer is interested and willing. You will schedule at least two visits per year to meet with the customer on site and perform a quality assessment review of our performance. The last visit will be scheduled with the Sales Engineer right before the end of the contract to promote renewing the agreement. As the Account Specialist you will be responsible for customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for entering work orders and billing of these services in our accounting system Vista.
