The Global Marketing Communications Manager, part of the Institutional Marketing Communications team, is responsible for leading a highly integrated communications function that connects executive storytelling, global program marketing, brand activation, and enterprise engagement. This role requires a strategic communicator who can translate business priorities into clear, compelling narratives while driving consistency and impact across channels, regions, and audiences. Operating at the intersection of global and North America marketing communications, this position partners closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns, elevate brand presence, and enable scalable, "One Team" execution.

What You Will Do:

Executive & Enterprise Communications

  • Develop and execute executive communications strategy and content for Global Institutional General Manager, including presentations, talking points, and leadership messaging.
  • Lead communications strategy and execution for enterprise sales engagement initiatives, ensuring consistent storytelling and high-impact associate engagement.
  • Translate enterprise priorities into clear, compelling narratives that drive alignment and action across global teams.
  • Ensure consistency of executive voice and messaging across internal and external channels.

Program Marketing Communications Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end communications strategy and execution for integrated marketing campaigns for priority global programs.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, content strategies, and communication plans aligned to business objectives and audience needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with global marketing, marketing communications, digital and enterprise teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery and measurable impact.

ISM (Institutional Sales Meeting) Content Leadership

  • Lead the development of the ISM theme, core narrative, and content pillars to establish a cohesive and compelling program foundation.
  • Define and create key Institutional-level assets and messaging frameworks to guide consistent storytelling across all ISM content globally.
  • Partner with North America and other regional teams to enable and guide content development, ensuring alignment to the central theme, messaging pillars, and overall experience. Not accountable for executing regional ISM content.

Brand Advertising & Campaign Execution (ESS Partnership)

  • Partner closely with the ESS team to build and execute the global brand advertising calendar across channels.
  • Coordinate development of advertising assets across digital, print, and event channels with internal stakeholders and agencies.
  • Ensure all advertising aligns with brand standards, messaging frameworks, and value propositions.

Global + North America MarCom Integration

  • Serve as a connector between global and North America marketing communications teams to drive alignment, visibility, and shared best practices.
  • Identify and activate synergies across regions, ensuring scalable and consistent messaging across markets.
  • Facilitate regular communication rhythms and content sharing to strengthen "One Team" execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications or related field
  • 8 years of experience in internal/executive communications, integrated marketing communications and/or digital marketing communications
  • Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business-to-Business and/or enterprise global experience
  • Demonstrated experience building brand messaging frameworks, ensuring cross-channel consistency, and leading campaign activation
  • Strong understanding of core digital channels and performance drivers (e.g., SEO/SEM, social, content marketing)
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Proven ability to translate marketing KPIs into business impact and optimization actions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Experience with CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards
  • Experience supporting end-to-end digital campaign planning and execution
  • Experience leading integrated tradeshow/experiential activations and enterprise partner coordination
  • Familiarity with value proposition work, VOC inputs, and stakeholder management for commercialization support

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $96,700.00 - $145,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
