Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place. YOUR IMPACT
You will take ownership of the frontend development and deployment of FinIQ, a generative AI tool that gives Finance analysts and other user groups accurate analyses, visualizations, and valuable insights into firm operations driven by Mckinsey's Finance data.
You will partner with data scientists, data engineers, analytics and metrics subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to deliver strategically important, cloud-based AI capabilities. You will build strong partnerships with subject matter experts and finance stakeholders to understand business requirements, and you will design and develop a robust, chat-based web application using React and Next.js, complete with highly efficient RESTful APIs, and complex, interactive dashboards. Serving as a trusted source of expertise on deployment, you will work side-by-side with finance data experts to accomplish reliable production deployment of the FinIQ tool, and you will contribute to technical documentation and training to ensure users' success once it is live.
Your work will help solve some of the firm's most difficult global and regional data-driven operational challenges-putting accurate, AI-driven insights from firm Finance data directly into the hands of the analysts and leaders who depend on them every day.
You will be based in one of our locations in the Americas or India as part of our Analytics & Insights team. Our team develops innovative data science models, AI tools, and advanced reporting solutions for a wide variety of internal stakeholders, helping to solve some of McKinsey's most difficult global and regional data-driven operational challenges and to deliver sophisticated insights at scale for Partners and other firm leaders worldwide.
