Your role

Mission

In this role you will work with the CTS Supply Chain Operations Manager in supporting the regional CT Service Operations structure to manage all logistics and inventory activities including managing the annual physical inventories, performing inventory investigations, executing SAP and Sharepoint transactions, utilizing best practice Logistics programs, reporting, and with a constant focus on driving down overall inventory levels without impacting Service.

Roles and Responsibilities



  • Main point-of-contact forInventory forCTServiceOperations employees
  • Beasubject matter expert for Logisticsbest practicesininventory controlandinvestigationsto findrootcauses andproblem solveissueson a daily basis.
  • Support the "clean up" cadences to manage and minimize inventory positions.
  • Monitor the exception reportsand takepositiveaction on new exception activity.
  • Manageto timelinethe annual physical Inventorycadence for depots and vans.
  • Work with all external vendors to receive RMA approvals and follow their necessary processes to correctly return materials from the field and in SAP.
  • Make all necessarySharePoint andSAP transactions to ensure accurateinventorytransactionsandfollow correct process flow.
  • Maintain and monitor strategic stock initiatives, including new tickets and obsolescence planning.
  • Provide reporting on all responsible activities, processes, and programs on aregularcadence and as required.
  • Support process improvement projects to streamline transactions, process,technologyand data flow, etc.
  • Inventory reconciliationactivities during the physical inventories and stock takes.
  • Support the CTS RMA(vendor returns)Logistics Specialist asneeded
  • Create LTL shipments and managethe bill of ladingfrom pickup todelivery
  • Responsiblefordepot andvan inventory replenishment in SAPplusreporting.
  • Support other projects, processes, and activities as required related to CTS Logistics andServiceOperationsat the Corporate levelsupporting the regions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


To succeed, you will need

SKILLS,EXPERIENCE, AND PREFERRED COMPETENCIES

Previously demonstrated proficiency in a cross-functionalERP system ispreferred

SAPinventory, logistics, and operationsknowledgeand experience is preferred

Excellent understanding of Business Process and Project Management skills

Highly proficient in MS Exceland other MS Office Suite applications

Demonstrated success in managingprocess, follow up activities, and timely execution with accuracy

Able to understand and investigate topics related toinventory, logistics, and operations. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolveidentified issuesusing process-oriented and continuous improvement thinking

Excellent analytical and methodical problem-solving skills with a "can do" attitude

Able to communicate competently withinternal and externalteam members,and managementteams

Ability to multi-task, prioritize requirements, and work both independently and as part of a team

Minimum of2-year Associates degreein aquantitativediscipline.Bachelor'sdegreeispreferred

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Rock Hill office
