Production Control Manager Principal Area of Responsibility: This role reports directly to the General Manager and serves as the senior leader responsible for all production planning, scheduling, and fulfillment performance for the facility. Provides strategic direction and operational oversight of the master production schedule, and customer delivery commitments to ensure alignment with the plant sales plan, financial objectives, and customer expectations. Owns the end-to-end planning function, ensuring effective integration of demand, capacity, materials, and production execution. Leads and develops the planning organization, including a Planning Supervisor and Production Planners, driving accountability, capability development, and continuous improvement in planning processes and outcomes. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality leadership to balance customer priorities with operational constraints, optimize inventory and lead times, and enable efficient product flow. Drives disciplined production control, capacity planning, and supplier coordination to meet customer commitments while improving service levels, reducing cost, and supporting overall business performance.
