Sr Product Manager
Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the roadmap for affinity-enabled consumables that make complex biomolecule capture, sample preparation, and purification more selective, reproducible, and scalable for the development of breakthrough biologics and genetic medicines. This role, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Product Management, is intended for a commercially minded product leader with strong technical fluency in biopharmaceutical workflows. The successful candidate will understand the needs of pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO, academic, and analytical laboratory customers working across proteins, peptides, biologics, and emerging genetic medicine modalities. They will translate customer problems into product requirements, business cases, differentiated positioning, and successful product launches. The candidate should have a passion for creating and sharing scientific content, ranging from brochures and infographics to webinars and tradeshow presentations. This product management position is a highly-visible, global role and a successful candidate will be encouraged engage with leading scientific and industry communities and help our organization align to serving the biopharmaceutical industry. The role is global, highly cross-functional, and will partner closely with R&D, engineering, scientific applications, commercial teams, field marketing, operations, and external customers. Define market opportunities, customer segments, use cases, and unmet needs across biopharma discovery, development, bioanalysis, analytical characterization, and purification workflows.
