Description Senior BIM Designer (Senior CADD Technician), Water/Wastewater, The Woodlands, TX Halff has an immediate opening for a Senior BIM Designer (Senior CADD Technician) in our Water/Wastewater group located in The Woodlands, TX. This position will primarily support the planning and design of water/wastewater infrastructure projects through Autodesk Revit-based modeling and BIM workflows, including treatment plants, pump stations, and pipeline systems. What you will do: Develop and maintain 3D BIM models in Autodesk Revit for water/wastewater facilities Prepare construction documents and drawing packages directly from Revit models Support design of treatment plants, pump stations, and piping systems through model-based workflows Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure accurate and integrated BIM deliverables Assist with model setup, view creation, sheet production, and annotation Supporting and maintaining model coordination using Forma (formally Autodesk Construction Cloud) Support QA/QC efforts to ensure models are accurate, consistent, and constructable Maintain organized project files and support overall project delivery processes What you will need: At least 3 years of experience in BIM design, primarily using Autodesk Revit within the AEC industry Understanding of model-based design and documentation workflows Familiarity with construction documents and detailing practices Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team environment Experience with water/wastewater infrastructure projects preferred Familiarity with Autodesk Forma and coordination tools preferred Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection preferred Basic understanding of AutoCAD or Civil 3D for coordination support preferred The Halff Water/Wastewater Advantage We leverage more than 65 years of experience in the water utilities industry to develop creative and sound solutions.
