ROBOTIC
OPERATOR
Position
Summary
The
ABB
Robotic
Operator
is
responsible
for
programming,
modifying,
and
operating
ABB robotic systems to safely produce high-quality structural components in accordance with
's safety, quality, and production standards.
This role requires advanced blueprint interpretation, strong mathematical proficiency, and the ability to calculate, adjust, and optimize robotic programs for varying part sizes and complex geometries.
The
operator
is
responsible
for
fixture
development
and
setup,
robotic
path
accuracy, burn parameter optimization, and dimensional verification.
This
is
a
high-skill
technical
manufacturing
position
requiring
precision,
mechanical
aptitude, and ownership of automated equipment performance.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
Physical
Demands
Ability to move or transfer products with an overhead crane and forklift. Ability to
lift up
to 50 lbs.

required.
