Overview
The Integration and Technical Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of technical infrastructure integration activities within data center construction projects. This role requires strong project management, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience working in complex construction and technical environments. The successful candidate will coordinate the installation and readiness of Microsoft-owned systems, services, and supporting infrastructure required to prepare new data center facilities for operational use. This includes managing project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across internal teams, construction partners, property owners, service providers, and equipment vendors. Key responsibilities include:
Successful candidates willdemonstratethe ability to manage complex projects, navigate ambiguity, drive accountability, and build effective partnerships across diverse teams. Experience in data center construction, telecommunications infrastructure, critical facilities, or large-scale technical project delivery is highly desirable. This position is based in South Bend / Mishawaka, Indiana. Relocation assistance will be provided. Candidates selected for this role are expected to relocate and live within50 miles of the designated work location. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years related experience OR equivalent experience. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
